Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website. By accessing or using onsys.com.au, you agree to be bound by these terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Website Disclaimer.

In these terms, “we”, “us”, “our” means Onsys Technologies (onsys.com.au), and “you”, “your” refers to the client, visitor, or website user.


1. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


2. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of this website or our services, except as required under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

  • It is your responsibility to ensure our services meet your requirements.


3. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law

  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • For major failures, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation. For minor issues, we will re-supply the service or fix the problem within a reasonable time.


4. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this website and purchase our services.


5. Delivery of Services

  • Digital services (consulting hours, IT support, software solutions) are delivered upon confirmation of purchase.

  • Physical goods (if offered) are shipped via Australia Post or courier. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.


6. Returns and Refunds

We handle returns and refunds in accordance with the ACL.

6.1 Block-Hour Consultation Packages

  • Purchased block hours are non-refundable once any portion has been used.

  • Unused hours may be:

    • carried forward within 12 months of purchase, or

    • transferred to another eligible Onsys service by written agreement.

  • If you cancel before using any hours, a full refund will be provided (minus transaction fees, if applicable).

  • No refunds apply for expired, unused block hours.

6.2 Goods and Digital Products

  • Faulty goods or digital products will be replaced or refunded as required under the ACL.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method.


7. Privacy

We collect and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).


8. Third-Party Links

Links to external sites are for convenience only. We do not endorse or accept responsibility for third-party content.


9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks) is owned or licensed by Onsys Technologies.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content without our written consent.


10. Exclusion of Competitors

Competitors are prohibited from using this site to copy or obtain our content, services, or methodologies.
