Effective date: August 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of onsys.com.au, operated by Onsys Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 49 602 081 005, ACN 602 081 005). By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. These terms are not a services agreement

This page governs your use of our website. It does not create any engagement between us and does not entitle you to any service. Services such as managed support, consultancy and projects are supplied only under a separate written agreement — a proposal, statement of work, service schedule or master services agreement — signed by both parties. Where anything on this website conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

2. Information on this website is an invitation to enquire

Prices, plan inclusions, response times and service descriptions published on this website are indicative and are an invitation to treat, not an offer capable of acceptance. They are subject to scoping, availability and a written agreement. Published prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice.

3. Permitted use

You may access and use this website for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or using our services. You may view, print and download extracts for your own internal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact and acknowledge onsys.com.au as the source.

4. What you must not do

  • Use the website in breach of any law, or in a way that infringes anyone’s rights
  • Copy, reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit any part of the website without our prior written consent
  • Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details, or use automated tools to do so
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, any account, or any system or network connected to it
  • Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the operation, security or availability of the website
  • Submit false, misleading or abusive content through our forms or chat, or impersonate another person
  • Use our contact channels to send unsolicited commercial messages

5. Enquiries, submissions and chat

When you send us an enquiry or use the chat assistant, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Do not submit confidential information, credentials, or personal information about other people through these channels — they are not a secure channel for that purpose. We handle what you send us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You grant us permission to use the content of your enquiry for the purpose of responding to it and providing services. We may retain correspondence for our records.

6. The chat assistant

Chat responses are generated by an automated system using artificial intelligence. They are general information only, may be inaccurate or out of date, and do not constitute advice, a quote, a service commitment or a binding statement by Onsys. Nothing said by the assistant varies these terms or any agreement between us. You may request a person at any time.

7. Accounts and credentials

Some areas of this website require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate an account at any time where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, layout, code and the compilation of it — is owned by or licensed to Onsys Technologies Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. © Onsys Technologies Pty Ltd. All rights reserved.

Except as expressly permitted in clause 3, no licence or right is granted to you in any of our intellectual property. Third-party trademarks, product names and certification badges shown on this website remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify those products and credentials.

9. Third-party links and products

This website links to third-party websites and describes third-party products, including products we partner on. We do not control those sites or products, and we do not accept responsibility for their content, availability, security, or the terms on which they are supplied. Any dealings you have with a third party are between you and that party.

10. Availability

We take reasonable steps to keep the website available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the website, or any content on it, at any time without notice.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: the website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind; we exclude all implied terms and warranties; and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant information or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

12. Indemnity

You indemnify Onsys against any claim, loss, damage or expense we suffer arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website, or your infringement of the rights of any other person.

13. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website after that date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You and Onsys submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts competent to hear appeals from them.

16. General

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
